I host a Brunch Club for my fabulous foodie friends on average every 2-3 months for the past 2 years or so.
I NEVER take pics of the food and I thought about taking a few shots this time around. I always man an omelet bar with all the fixings (various veggies, cheeses, and meats) and breakfast cocktails (mimosas and "breakfast martinis"). Guests can order whatever they desire and each person brings a dish to share.

My sorely missed co-host Shateenah (now off to Vet School) and Me (my "Little Black Apron" and pearls always make an appearance ;0) |
Here's what we had at the October gathering:
My Apple Cider Martinis with vodka, cinnamon, and ginger with a caramel and apple crunch sugar rim; garnished with dried apple and rosemary. |
Proscuitto and goat cheese flatbread with arugula |
Omelet fillings |
A Well-Done omelet with hash browns, and sausage links and hickory smoked Canadian Bacon from Savenor's |
Sausage links and hickory smoked Canadian bacon from Savenor's Market, Cambridge. |
Babka |
We also enjoyed fresh fruit platters and vanilla cupcakes!
Next gathering, I am hosting an International Dish Holiday Soiree! Guest are planning to bring dishes which represent their ethnicity/countries of origin! So far, I am excited to announce, we will have dishes from Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Ireland, Jamaica, Taiwan, Hungary, Poland, Thailand, Czech Republic, North America, Cape Verde, Israel, Trinidad & Tobago, etc.
It should be pretty awesome!
