Mr. Biggs remains a top 5 favorite places for their late night happy hour in Hell's Kitchen whenever I'm in the city. I love that you can hang with the after work set for the (5-7?) happy hour and come back for after drinks drinks, cheap sinfully fatty apps (fried mozzarella, fried zucchini, chicken fingers...), and possibly some karaoke from 2-4 a.m. :0)
