The Elephant Walk (Cambodian-French Fusion), 900 Beacon St Boston (Fenway/Brookline Area)

This brief review is well overdue.  I will also update very soon:

The Rouleaux were amazing and perfectly crisp & full of flavor with a beautiful crushed roasted peanut-laced dipping sauce.

The Somlah Machou was fresh and absolutely irresistible.

The Salade de Timbale au Chèvre was a perfect balance of sharp fried goat cheese and sweet Bartlett pears with a slice of grapefruit and balsamic reduction!

The Poulet à la Citronnelle and Pork tenderloin entrees and the mushroom+ stuffed puff pastry were disappointingly underwhelming...after which we brought home the passion fruit mousse and Le Péché au Chocolat.

The service is fantastic!  Sitting at the bar alone or with another person is great also.

The location was in walking distance from my home and the service was fantastic...I think I've found a new staple!

  1. I went here last night with an old friend, per your good rating, and it was soooo good! I wish they had more comfy seating but the food and wine were great! I cannot even begin to pronounce what we ate, but I had a French dish and my date had Cambodian. Crazy good combination :) Thanks Dr. Foodie :)

    love, Shateenah
