Annual Quintessential Summer Prix Fixe and Cookbook Offer! Join us from Sunday August 19th - Thursday August 23rd and from Sunday August 26th - Thursday August 30th for our Annual Quintessential Summer Prix Fixe menu.  Most of the prix fixe dishes have been adapted from Gordon's cookbook, Bistro Cooking at Home, and an autographed copy of the book will be available to purchase for $25 (a $35 value) during this time.  Bistro Cooking at Home makes a great gift and includes many of Gordon's signature dishes and yes, the chicken's in there!  Quintessential Summer Prix Fixe 2012 Sunday August 19th - Thursday August 23rd and Sunday August 26th - Thursday August 30th    Cold Cucumber Soup with Chopped Red Pepper Salsa    Tomato and Fennel Salad with Lemon-Basil Vinaigrette  ♦   Seared Salmon Wrapped in Leeks with Garlic and Tarragon Butter Grilled Duck Breast with Spicy Peach Chutney  ♦   Blackberry Shortcake with Crème Fraîche and Brandy Caramel Sauce Chocolate Truffle Cake with Raspberries            $40            During these weeks we will also be serving our delicious summer menu.  Join us in the dining room or out on the patio to see what summer tastes like at Hamersley's!  Walk-ins are always welcome or for reservations please call 617-423-2700 after 2 pm or visit www.hamersleysbistro.com.  We hope to see you in the restaurant soon!
