Anthony's Pier 4 Restaurant, 140 Northern Ave, Boston Waterfront

The beautiful views from this restaurant just doesn't justify the service and horrid food.  There are other businesses with good food and just as good views.  You can even hop onto one of the ships and eat crappy 'local cruise food' if the views are that important to you.

This was one of the worst meals I've had in a long time! This place is definitely overrated. For a foodie like me who eats out at least 5 times a week, I am very sensitive above my food. This meal pretty much ruined the evening for me. The host was a bit condescending when I asked that he remembered to check us in as I didn't want to receive a no-show from OT. I had to ask the waitress to double check and just my luck, as I suspected would be the case, I received a no-show.

The monk fish was overcooked and dry, the rice was overcooked and soggy, the fish chowder left much to be desired in the seasoning department.
The escargot could have had more flavor (as could everything on the table), but at least it was cooked well and I love when they are served in-shell
. I was highly disappointed and will not return. Moreover, the presentation of the staff was sloppy and unkempt..it almost felt more like a diner!
